The music provided with this package was written by me,
Carl 'LynX' v. Loesch, and I preserve the rights to release
this in whatever fashion I choose.
This music is however NOT placed in the public domain.
You are permitted to copy it, but only as a set with the
other files pertaining to this package, and without
requesting money, not even for the purpose of distribution.
That is: If you want to include this on a 'shareware' disk
catalog you must first check up with me.
The package may be freely distributed on non-commercial
electronic networks.
Obviously you are not permitted to use the music itself
in any commercial fashion or to accompany any commercial
or publicity merchandise.
All of the above can be redeemed by a more recent
statement of mine, be it public or private.
Concluding: If you want to anything unusual with this,
let me know. I just care to know and keep a little
control over what happens with my workings. I would
actually enjoy contributing to a good computer game
or whatever. But I wanna know! :)
There's one important exception concerning the above:
YOU ARE PERMITTED TO EXTRACT MUSICAL SAMPLES from the
music modules. Since I didn't synthesize nor sample
them I can't possibly keep a copyright on them.
One more exception is: You may produce and distribute
derivate versions of this music (Your own changes/enhancements)
if you adhere to the copyright also with your version
and distribute it with this copyright notice. Again
I would like to be the first to receive the new version,
maybe we turn this into a network jam session. :-)
If you don't specify anything particular then this
copyright notice will apply also for you, that is,
you need to be contacted, too, if anything is to happen
with derivates of this music that contain your personal
artwork. You might aswell choose to explicitely state that
your piece of the cake is free to the public. Simply
append a notice to this text.
Did you really read all this?
Well then you surely are planning to contact me for some
reason, here are my electronic addresses.
Choose one that suits you, or if many years have passed
since I wrote this, choose the one that's still working... :)
loesch @ informatik.uni-oldenburg.de

lynx @ dm.unirm.it
lynx @ fachschaften.tu-muenchen.de
You're welcome to mail me opinions and bug reports..
Bug reports? I've been releasing too much software
lately.. ;)
Non-networkers, who are affected by this copyright
and need to contact me are strongly recommended to
find a way to send electronic mail to me.
