  3.     Carl 'LynX' v. Loesch, and I preserve the rights to release
  4.     this in whatever fashion I choose.

  6.     This music is however NOT placed in the public domain.

  8.     You are permitted to copy it, but only as a set with the
  9.     other files pertaining to this package, and without
  10.     requesting money, not even for the purpose of distribution.
  11.     That is: If you want to include this on a 'shareware' disk
  12.     catalog you must first check up with me.

  14.     The package may be freely distributed on non-commercial
  15.     electronic networks.

  17.     Obviously you are not permitted to use the music itself
  18.     in any commercial fashion or to accompany any commercial
  19.     or publicity merchandise.

  31.     YOU ARE PERMITTED TO EXTRACT MUSICAL SAMPLES from the
  32.     music modules. Since I didn't synthesize nor sample
  33.     them I can't possibly keep a copyright on them.

  35.     One more exception is: You may produce and distribute
  36.     derivate versions of this music (Your own changes/enhancements)
  37.     if you adhere to the copyright also with your version
  38.     and distribute it with this copyright notice. Again
  39.     I would like to be the first to receive the new version,
  40.     maybe we turn this into a network jam session.   :-)

  42.     If you don't specify anything particular then this
  43.     copyright notice will apply also for you, that is,
  44.     you need to be contacted, too, if anything is to happen
  45.     with derivates of this music that contain your personal
  46.     artwork. You might aswell choose to explicitely state that
  47.     your piece of the cake is free to the public. Simply
  48.     append a notice to this text.
